2988 Montmartre Lions Army Cadet Corps was formed 1 Nov 82. It was sponsored by Montmartre Lions Club and affiliated with 16 (Saskatchewan) Service Battalion and base support was CFB Moose Jaw. Message D Cdts 2179 dated 12 Oct 84 changed sponsor to the Royal Canadian Legion, Montmartre. Message D Cdts 021 dated 7 Jan 85 changed designation to Montmartre Legion Army Cadet Corps.
