Army Cadet Medal of Merit - RODGER

RODGER SUMMARY

The RODGER Bar honours the bold vision and lasting legacy of Major-General Elliot Rodger, the first Colonel  Commandant of the Royal Canadian Army Cadets and  Cadet Services of Canada.

His foresight led to the creation of a civilian partner to support the Canadian Armed Forces — the foundation  of today’s Army Cadet League.

Awarded to outstanding Silver Star Army Cadets, this
distinction recognizes those who rise above and embody the aims and values of the Royal Canadian  Army Cadets.

Only one RODGER Bar is awarded for every 250 cadets per Branch, making it a rare and prestigious honour!
